In the new era,facing the rapid development of economic society and the impact of the surging tide of the Internet,the special group-the League member in high school showing a weak awareness of league member consciousness.For students,the identity of League member cannot bring them self-identification;and the Communist Youth League Organizations is also facing the dilemma of powerless in leading students.In view of this phenomenon,the author try to explain the reasons for the phenomenon of weak consciousness in two aspects from the perspective of cognitive theory,especially Piaget's cognitive development theory.First,from the aspect of high school students,the author analyzes the cognitive stress the high school students facing in the process of developing self-identity,then explores the difficulty the members of high school students facing in the cognitive aspects of their identity and by way of questionnaire survey,the author focuses on the study of Shanghai high school students' cognition of the Communist Youth League organizations.On the other hand,from the point of organizations,the author analyzes the environment the organization providing for the high school students member to identify.The results show that the organization is facing a series of obstacles,such as their position being "marginalized",lack of resources and weak team construction,and so on.And these difficulties hinder high school student members cognize themselves.On the basis of analysis of high school student member consciousness weak phenomenon,the author explore the way to improve member consciousness situation from the perspective of cognitive theory in two aspects-strengthening organizing activities for the League member and providing enriched cognitive situations for the League member.And based on the current situation,the author designs a system for Shanghai,trying to provide an institutional guarantee for these revelations coming true and provide much more practical experience for other cities'organization reform.Specifically,mass organizations' and educational reform currently bring opportunities for Communist Youth League Organization to break the bottleneck.To this end,the author tries to design the reform system for the Communist Youth League Organization of high school in Shanghai from the two aspects of strengthening the external supply and stimulating its endogenous power.Specifically:strengthening the group cooperation teaching;strengthening the implementation of multi-party interaction;implementing the project of strengthening;implementing the project of improving quality and efficiency.The author tries to improve the work modes of Communist Youth League Organization and strengthen linkage and integration with the administrative departments of education through empirical study which is matched with the reform of school related.And the author also tries to enhance the awareness of members of the Communist Youth League,and form a set of effective reform blueprint which could be copied and popularized.
