Study On Involvement Of Chinese Communist Youth League In Zhoushan In Youth Self-Organization

As an important part of social groups and state power system, Chinese Communist Youth League (CYL for short) is the party’s youth peripheral tissues with strong political overtones at the beginning of establishment. With the establishment of the socialist market economic system and the gradual transformation of society, the important function of the Communist Youth League gradually weakened.With the popularity of network technology, more and more young people have a connection with each other though new medium such as QQ, Wechat, microblog.. With a rising enthusiasm,they have a strong awareness to be involved in the society. The new organization appears in youth groups,named youth self-organization. The activities of the organization involve almost every aspect of youth’s life. It attracts large numbers of youths, plays an increasingly important role in the socialist harmonious society, have a greater influence in society and break the uniqueness of the leadership of traditional official Youth League leaders in leading youth groups.Zhoushan Communist Youth League organizations start to explore the measures and modes of Communist Youth League’s involvement in Self-youth organization’s development through strengthening the interactivities with Self-youth organization creatively set up "Zhoushan Tianyi Internet Association", thus create good system\mechanisms to intervene the development of Self-youth League,.so Zhoushan emerges a number of mature and typical cases and these cases form a good social effect.This paper will combine literature and empirical research, use self-organization theories and the third sector theories, combine the status of the development of Self-youth organization, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Youth League’s involvement in Self-youth organization relying on the government,provide high quality services for the involvement in from operating level. The innovation lies in the usage of large numbers of the first hand materials on Youth League’s work and the discussions about how to intervene the Self-youth League’s development from specific operating level and system level. Thus satisfy the party and government’s need and citizen and society’s need and exert the abilities to participate in the construction of the society.
