A Study On The Construction Of The Mechanism Of "Government-Community Interaction" In The Grass-Roots Community Governance Of Zhoushan

In the new era of the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area,the social and economic structure,the benefit pattern and the idea are undergoing a profound revolution.New trends,new problems and new risks are in the social management.In 2015,in order to serve Zhoushan Islands much better,Zhoushan municipal government put forward: to stimulate community vitality,enhance community service,strengthen community security,make government and community interaction mechanism lively,and strive to form government-led,Governance of grass-roots community governance a new pattern,and effectively enhance the grass-roots community management level,governance capacity and service functions.Under the circumstance,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research on the mechanism of "interaction between government and community" in Zhoushan grass-roots community governance.This paper first introduces the background and the meaning of the topic,summarizes the materials of the community interaction mechanism,and combs the relevant conceptual theory,and puts forward my own research ideas and methods.Through the field research,interview and inquiry,the author introduces the current situation and the operation mode of Zhoushan grass-roots community,and finds out the problems existing in Zhoushan archipelago grass-roots community governance,and analyzes the existing problems deeply.From the solution of community governance itself and solve the limitations of the external environment,the author also draws lessons from other domestic and foreign advanced community governance models,and put forward the suppose and suggestion of Zhoushan Islands grassroots community governance "interaction between government and community" mechanism.
