Study On Government And Society Interaction Of Oudian Community In Suzhou Industrial Park

Community governance is an important unit of social governance,and also the most basic part of urban governance.With the deepening of China's reform,great changes have taken place in China's economic and political system.The single management of the community by the government is no longer suitable for the development of the society.It requires the government,market,social organizations and other multiple subjects to jointly manage the community to achieve good governance.However,there are many problems in the interaction process of community politics and society.The community subjects fail to play their own functions and roles in community governance,and bring new problems to community governance.Based on community governance theory,participation theory and multi center governance theory,this paper introduces the development process of Oudian Community and its interaction and effect through literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis,and finds out that Oudian community participates in the interaction of politics and society in multiple subjects.There are problems in the process of action: unclear rights and responsibilities of the government and residents' committee,insufficient supervision of the government on property management and insufficient support of the government for community services.The main causes of the problems are the restriction of traditional interaction,the imperfection of property management policies and regulations,and the lack of community service ability.This paper studies the problems and causes of community governance,from the aspects of government changing functions,improving the community governance system,improving the community service ability,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of government government and social interaction.Through the case study of Oudian Community,this paper provides some references for the development of community governance,and also looks forward to exploring some common problems of the community,providing ideas for reference,and providing certain reference value for the community governance of Suzhou Industrial Park.
