Research On The Construction Of The Governance Mode Of "Interaction Among Five Socials" In Urban Communities

With the rapid development of mobile Internet,continuous the deepening of Reform and Opening-up Policy and the changing reality of China's national conditions,the contemporary society is always in a continuous transformation.Facing the changing and developing society,the traditional "Government-Society"relationship is no longer suitable for the new changing environment.From"social management" to "social governance"has become an inevitable choice for the development of society and the times.Choice,community residents' autonomy has also become the forefront of grass-roots political system reform,and has received widespread social attention.In this context,urban communities in China have become an important laboratory and main position for the development of social modernization and the exploration of social governance models.The multi-linkage effect of various social forces in urban communities in the process of integration,convergence and cross-interaction can be seen that a new type of community relationship has emerged and a new type of governance model has initially formed.On the basis of previous studies and taking Community S as the blueprint,this paper interprets the governance model of "Interaction among five Socials" in the changing urban community from the perspective of multi-subject governance theory,good governance theory and social system ecology theory,so that people can have a deeper understanding of the new model of "Interaction among five Socials"community governance.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background of urban grass-root community S governance in the new era,as well as the purpose,method,theory and practical significance of this study.At the same time,it combs the theoretical and practical achievements of domestic and foreign academic circles,and introduces the three theoretical bases of this study.Finally,it introduces urban community and community governance.Relevant concepts and connotations of rationality are defined and explained.The second part mainly introduces the governance status of Community S and the problems of traditional community governance.Firstly,based on the field study of Community S,the basic situation of location,population and infrastructure of Community S is introduced.Then,it explains the status quo of community change in this community S.With the increasing economic development,large-scale influx of migrants into the community,together with the boom of mobile internet,which breaks the physical boundaries of the community,community interaction is increasingly frequent.Community social workers,because of their specialty in community work,can flourish in the community as an increasingly important community force,with Community S as the level.Taiwan,through the integration of public service resources and innovation of community service mode,provides practical and comprehensive services for all residents of the community.However,what we need to see is that there are still many problems in the traditional community governance of Community S,such as the increasingly serious differentiation of community residents,the low enthusiasm of community residents to participate in community affairs,and the insufficient exploitation of community social capital.This series of problems lead to the existing community governance methods cannot adapt to the process of community change and easily fall into the shackles of development.The third part mainly explores the motive factors of the change of community governance model in Community S,which mainly includes two motive factors.Firstly,the concept thrust,on the one hand,reflects the need to redefine the integration of real community and virtual community,on the other hand,community identity,community relationship and community culture,which are centered on the reconstruction of community consciousness,also have the trend of multiple regression.Secondly,the continuous strengthening of multi-subject driving force promotes change.The participation of new governance subjects in community plays an important role.Mainly,the dominant position of community residents has become increasingly prominent,the goal of community autonomous organizations has become increasingly clear,and the introduction of community social capital has achieved remarkable results.Driven by these two driving forces of change,Community S governance began to construct a new governance model.The fourth part is the concrete explanation of the dual construction of the theory and reality of the "Interaction among five Socials" community model.Within the theoretical framework,the theory of multi-subject co-governance guides the multi-subject of the "Interaction among five Socials" to play a joint role,elaborates the transformation of the relationship between government,society and market embodied in the "Interaction among five Socials"with the theory of good governance,and looks at the key of the linkage between the "Five Socials" from the systematic and ecological perspectives of the theory of social system ecology.In the construction of reality,the "Interaction among five Socials" requires five main bodies to play their respective roles,social workers to build community project-based professional service platform;community residents to actively participate in community public affairs;community organizations to strengthen their own incubation,cultivation and construction;community self-governing organizations to build community public service platform,play the role of administrative services for community governance.Provide a good policy and institutional environment;strengthen the cultivation and excavation of community social capital,build a good network of community relations,increase the stock of community social capital.In addition,good and sustained comprehensive operation and positive interaction among the main bodies is the key to the realistic construction of the community governance model of the "Interaction among five Socials".In the fifth part,aiming at the construction of community governance model of"Interaction among five Socials" in Community S,the author explores the experience of community development and governance since the reform and opening up,summarizes and combs the current advantages of "Interaction among five Socials"community governance model,emphasizes the important position of community governance in the national governance system,and emphasizes that social
