Friedrich A.Von Hayek is one of the most important liberal theorists in the 20th century, his analysis and debate of liberalism and socialism ideology throughout his entire academic career.Through the criticism of "social justice",Hayek present his unique negative view of Justice. He thinks that justice is a kind of attribute of human behavior, and it is meaningless to regard the situation as a result of what is called as justice or injustice.Hayek pointed out that the implementation of social justice in the free market order will only destroy the system of spontaneous order and proper behavior rules. It is impossible for people to distribute wealth in the principle of social justice in the market order, because the pursuit of social justice is to meet the interests of a particular individual or group, and resulting in the distribution of justice against the negative justice, local justice against universal justice, this appeal will eventually turn society into a society of full authority. The outstanding characteristic of Hayek's justice theory lies in the transformation from justice of human nature to the rule of justice, that justice can only be a rule of justice.Hayek's theory of negative justice has a far-reaching influence on the contemporary western welfare state, which has promoted the development of the new classical liberalism, and has important significance for the construction of social fairness and justice of our country.
