Research On The Protection Of We Chat's Privacy

With the popularity of smart phones and 4G networks,people fully enjoy the convenience brought by the high-speed Internet connectivity and intelligentization.The traditional way of information dissmination already can't satisfy people's needs,of which the increase of information demands also change the way people communicate.Compared with the traditional ways,the new concept of communication are designing a more efficient sustainable form that may overturn long-held notions of interpersonal communication and has become a daily necessity.However,some problems come along with the increasing popularity and the functional refinement of Wechat.One of the problems is the privacy disclosure due to the improper function setting or additional features of Wechat.Besides,users privacy has been invaded by improper advertisement indirectly because of some advertisers' lack of legal awareness,sense of credibility and discipline.It is a pity that our law system and administrative action system of privacy is not sound enough to carry out its function,which leads some criminals get the illegal acquisition of economic benefits by taking advantage by the loopholes of the institution and law supervision in Wechat.This paper focuses on the current hot issues of personal information protection,take WeChat as an example to analyze the invasion of privacy,hope it can has reference meaning to China's personal information protection law.In order to meet the increasing needs to protect personal information in the big-data age,this paper analyzes the privacy protection theories of WeChat through a combinational study of common law system and civil law system,aiming at proposing the corresponding legal countermeasures to refine our legal system.By employing literatures analysis and field research,this paper explores and summarizes systemically the new features of privacy protection of WeChat,the forms of infringement and the loops in current legal system to battle the illegal privacy infringement and to give effective solutions to such problems.Also,this paper offers effective suggestions on how to secure WeChat users' privacy.In so doing,it will be helpful to purify the network and regulate the improper services.
