Research On The Intellectual Property Right Guarantee In The Development Of China's Economic Innovation

China's economy has entered a new stage,is facing an important opportunity to drive innovation and development,but also into a period of construction of a strong intellectual property power.Intellectual property is a strategic resource for the development of the country.The soundness and perfection of the intellectual property system directly determine whether China's economy can shift from the current investment-driven model to innovationdriven and consumer-driven mode;Whether to achieve steady growth,adjust the structure,promote the development of strategic options as soon as possible;Whether to achieve innovation and development to achieve a comprehensive goal of building a moderately prosperous society in 2020.The sound intellectual property protection system is the core guarantee for the development of economic innovation.Sound intellectual property law and correct intellectual property policy will further accelerate the reform of science and technology system,establish and improve the national innovation system,so that all the innovative elements conducive to the development of knowledge economy burst into new vitality.At present,the intellectual property legal system,the policy does not meet the economic innovation-driven development of these issues not only make intellectual property law can not advance with the times,but also will block the innovation and development of China's economy.This situation must be adjusted,it is necessary to study and make recommendations and countermeasures to promote the good development of social and legal system to ensure the smooth transformation of the innovation economy.However,the current research on innovationdriven economic development and intellectual property security system,and in this new economic normal under the intellectual property security system and the lack of countermeasures is not complete and clear discussion.In this paper discusses the meaning and relationship of economic innovation-driven development and intellectual property protection system firstly,and discusses the existing problems of intellectual property protection system from three aspects: innovation system,innovation achievement and innovation achievement.Innovation has the following three points.First of all,from the government-driven and market-driven two aspects of the current innovation system of the existing problems.Secondly,it clarifies the driving force of the development of theinnovation system and deeply studies the role played by the government and the market in the development of economic innovation.Finally,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to support the development of the innovation system,aiming at making the system of intellectual property protection in China's economy driven by development more perfect,with a view to providing assistance for China's economic innovation and development.
