Effect Analysis And Improvement Discussion Of Beijing Safety Production Report And Reward System

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the increasingly developed information and communication technology,the issue of safe production,especially for the prevention and treatment of major safety accidents,has exceeded the boundaries of relevant enterprises or industry,becoming widespread concern of the people,and social supervision of safety production is also playing an increasingly obvious role.In order to further implement the requirements of the "Safety Production Law" on strengthening the social supervision of production safety and rewarding the complaint for illegal production,we should continue to expand the influence and function of the safety production reporting system and constantly improve the people’s awareness and positivity of the safety production reports with the popularization,especially the reward of report.According to the survey analysis of the implementation of the reporting reward system of safety production in Beijing,it is not difficult to find that the existing the reporting reward system of safety production has the space to further improve and complete.This thesis,taking the reporting reward system of safety production in Beijing as the research object,will continue to perfect the system as the ultimate goal.First of all,the author investigates the concrete contents and development course of the reward system safety production reporting in Beijing,and compares the similarities and differences,and via analyzing gets the characteristics of the reward system safety production reporting in Beijing.Next,through the collection and analysis of thousands of report cases which Beijing Safety Production Report Complaints Center has received from 2013 to 2016,the thesis sums up the status quo of the implementation of Beijing reporting reward system of safety production at the present stage,it analyzes the actual effect brought by the society,economy and government management,and quantifies its economic effect with the method of TNT equivalent and Heinrich Rule to clear the practical significance of the system.At last,based on the current situation and implementation effect of the system of reward production in Beijing,this thesis analyzes the shortcomings and puts forward some feasible suggestions to improve the reporting reward system of safety production in Beijing,which provides a basis for rationalizing and standardizing development of the reporting reward system of safety production in Beijing,and promotes the effective work of reward in Beijing.
