Research On The Government Behavior In The Development Of Small And Micro Enterprises

As the leading enterprises under the new situation of growth,Small and micro enterprises more important to promote China’s economic and social development and social harmony and stability and With the deepening of China’s reform process,the importance of small and micro enterprises has become increasingly prominent.Since September 2009,the State Council and other departments issued a number of relevant laws and regulations and preferential policies to promote the healthy development of small and micro enterprises.Local also have started to help guide the development of small and micro enterprises.The healthy development of small and micro enterprises has become a hot spot in the political,economic and social life in China.Although the country has been trying to eliminate the factors hindering the development of small and micro enterprises,but did not fundamentally improve the plight of small and micro enterprises.Small and micro enterprises are faced with many problems in the development,which will directly affect the economic transformation of our country.How to improve the existing policies to guide and support the development of small and micro enterprises,to create a good environment for their development,is an important issue we are facing.In this paper,the status of the development of small and micro enterprises in the perspective of public policy,the plight of the Department and the corresponding solutions to the system to explore and analyze.And by drawing lessons from the developed countries and regions to support Small and micro enterprises development experience,put forward on the basis of Small and micro enterprises development policy suggestions to help China,by improving the legal and policy recommendations,to provide financial support,improve the public service,to build a development platform and other measures,and for the long-term mechanism of Small and micro enterprises to create a comprehensive and system support system,hoping to guide and help Small and micro enterprises to break the plight of the development to provide certain reference.
