Research On Government-supported Construction Of Financing For Small And Micro Enterprises

In China's real economy,small and micro enterprises have become a very important part,which can drive the growth of China's economy,provide a large number of jobs and taxes for the real economy,and are one of the important driving forces for the development of the real economy.However,at present,small and micro enterprises are faced with severe financing difficulties."Expensive financing" and"difficult financing" have become prominent problems restricting the healthy and sustainable development of China's economy.To overcome the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises,we need to start from various aspects,effectively integrate all resources to serve the financing of small and micro enterprises,support the development of small and micro enterprises,and promote the high-quality development of China's economy.The development of small and micro businesses at the county level is of great significance to the country's economic and social development.The county-level government is also the most direct and powerful way to solve the financing and development problems of small and micro businesses.This paper focus on the county level small micro enterprise financing problems and government policy support,build the full demonstration small micro enterprise financing the government support system on the basis of the necessity and importance of jurong city,for example,through the questionnaire survey to study the status quo of jurong city small micro enterprise financing,and jurong city government support the concrete practice of the small micro enterprise financing,and the current jurong city small micro enterprise financing support policy effect is evaluated.On this basis,this paper analyzes the causes of financing difficulties for small and micro enterprises,and proposes to build a government support system for financing small and micro enterprises with "system--platform--mechanism" as the core.Research shows that currently over 90%of small and micro enterprises in jurong city have financing needs,but the coverage of traditional bank loan financing channels is still relatively narrow,and the practical effects of government support policies have problems such as insufficient understanding of enterprises and relatively single government support methods.Through in-depth analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises are the non-standard enterprise management,high financing cost,low integration of enterprise credit information,imperfect credit guarantee system and imperfect risk compensation mechanism,for solving small micro enterprise financing problems,in this paper,the government departments need to strengthen the construction of small micro enterprise standardization management system,integrate various resources to build small micro enterprise financing platform,innovation small micro enterprise credit guarantee mechanism and build small micro enterprise credit risk compensation mechanism four aspects to obtain,build "system-platform-mechanism" as the core of small micro enterprise financing system of government support..
