Research On Public Lawyer's System

Public lawyer's system is an important part of the judicial system,and it has the extremely important to the development of a country of rule of law.In this paper,based on the practice of public lawyer' s system in China,using historical analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis research method,the comprehensive analysis of the comparison of public lawyer 's system in China,points out the existing problems of public lawyer's system in China,and combining with the advanced experience of outside are put forward to solve these problems and to hope to establish a socialist country under the rule of law and to perfect the characteristics of public lawyer's system in our country.Except the introduction,main body is divided into five chapters in this paper,from various aspects discusses the system of public lawyer.The first chapter is an overview of public lawyer's system.This part introduces the concept and characteristics of public lawyer and analyzes the differences between the concept of public lawyers.It expounds the concept of public lawyer 's system and analyzes the necessity and the feasibility of the existence of public lawyer's system in our country.Finally,it introduces the emergence and development of public lawyer's system.The second chapter aims to explain the present situation of the public lawyer's system in China.This part mainly describes the several patterns of public lawyer's system in our country,the area of responsibility of the public lawyer,practice condition and problem of the rights and obligations.The third chapter mainly discusses the problems existing in the development of public lawyer's system in China.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the general situation of the public lawyer system abroad and it's the enlightenment to improve the system of public lawyer in our country.The fifth chapter mainly in view of the problems appeared in the development of public lawyer's system in China,puts forward the countermeasures.This part combined with foreign advanced experiences to emphatically elaborate how to perfect the public lawyer's system in our country,and to make it better serve the country and society.
