The Dilemma And Guidance Of Rural Civilization Construction In Eastern Zhejiang Province

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the construction of new socialist countryside in accordance with the requirements of "production development,rich life,rural civilization,clean and tidy village,and democratic management".These five requirements focus on both economic development and the role of civilization.With the development of the rural market economy,the economic level of the farmers in the eastern Zhejiang has been improved,but the rural civilization in the rural areas of eastern Zhejiang has not been coordinated with the level of economic development,and it is especially necessary to improve the imbalance between the economy and civilization.Since 2005,Shaoxing City has undergone the demolition and rectification,some of the farmers in the street part of the living mode,based on the traditional mode of production and lifestyle have also changed.In the social context of urban culture infiltration of rural areas,rural civilization construction is important.At present,China's rural areas in eastern Zhejiang exist too much emphasis on "production and development",but ignoring the situation of rural civilization construction.In this paper,the streets of Shaoxing City,Shaoxing City for the investigation of the case,the specific description of the street "rural civilization" construction difficulties,and analyze the reasons for its difficulties,aforward the strategy.This paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the rural civilization construction in rural areas of eastern Zhejiang.This paper mainly discusses the following five aspects: first,the introduction part,mainly discusses the background and significance of this study,and discusses the construction of the rural civilization in the rural construction of eastern Zhejiang Province.Second,the interpretation of the basic meaning of rural civilization,China's rural civilization on the construction of the relevant theory.Thirdly,it introduces the current situation of rural civilization construction in rural areas of eastern Zhejiang ProvinceFourthly,the author analyzes the causes of the problems of the rural civilization in HuaShou street,and deeply understand and grasp the essence of the problem.Fifthly,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the propaganda and education of the rural legal system,the use of legal means to crack down on the illegal acts,carry out various forms of mass cultural activities,strengthen the ideological and moral education of the peasants,Farmers' scientific and cultural quality,perfect rural public cultural infrastructure construction.
