Evolution,classification And Comparison:study On The Work Patterns Of Lawyers' Involvement In Xinfang Of J Province

Xinfang that involved in laws is a key part of the Xinfang,and it is also a more difficult part to solve.Huge stock and increment bring a huge burden to the relevant units in charge,and also bring varying degrees affect to its daily work.In response to this problem,the units not only continuously improve their ability to solve Xinfang,but also try to introduce social forces.Long-term practice has proved that social forces can play a very important and unique role in dealing with Xinfang issues.In this force,lawyers with their specific knowledge background become the main portion,and derived out of the distinctive mode of work.In these patterns,some of the operation is efficient,which can effectively resolve the contradictions;Because of the limitations,the other models show an inefficient state.In order to integrate and optimize the resources and improve the overall effectiveness of the work,it is necessary to analyze and compare the current model,merit cultivation and promotion.For this purpose,this paper uses the perspective of management,sociology and law disciplines,and adopts historical research,comparative analysis and field investigation and other methods.Regard J province that has a rich practice as the study area,explore the evolution of the current patterns.Analysis and compare the current patterns.The article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the writing background,significance,method and related research of the article.The second defines the concept and connotation of the Xinfang,leads to the rationality and necessity of the lawyer's intervention.The third part takes J province for example,and have a comprehensive review of the province ‘s development of lawyer's intervention,and analysis of the current work of the potential problems;the fourth chapter is the current Xinfang mode inventory and the classification of the model;the fifth part is based on multi-dimensional evaluation of traditional,independent third-party,integrated Xinfang and the type of work-based lawyer intervention model analysis;The sixth part is a case study of J City's Xinfang Legal Affairs Service Center,which proves the unique role and effectiveness of the independent third-party model;The seventh part is a summary.After the analysis and evaluation,the article concludes that the independent third-party lawyer's intervention model is more suitable than the other three types to meet the needs of the current Xinfang management,but also has a better development prospects.However,there are some obstacles in the promotion of the type of model.If we can solve this development bottleneck,increase the support of lawyer's third party to deal with the law-making Xinfang,and improve the supervision of their work,it will be better to play a lawyer in the governance and expertise of Xinfang.The Short-term point of view can effectively ease the sharp contradictions between the petitioners and the government between;Long-term point of view,it is conducive to promote the legalization of Xinfang work.
