Generational Differences In Rights Protection Of Xinfang Behavior

This study mainly explores the different generations of people in the Xinfang behavior,the main resources root in Xinfang case library,and the main methods are text analysis and case comparison,combining qualitative and quantitative methods.There are four political generations.in my research:Country Foundation,Country Construction,Cultural Revolution and Social Reform,aiming to explore the generational differences of four political generations in the Xinfang behavior.The study found:the less-educated of married men in the non-CCP party members of the Country Construction are the main forces in the text analysis of the case library,followed by the Cultural Revolution,this generations' income is the highest among the four political generations,but this generation is one of the main forces in the actual participation.The problem of social security and urban construction etc.of.themselves and their own family are their main demands,mainly for the county government,adopted within the system relatively peaceful and orderly government publicity petition strategy.Compared to these two generations,the Country Foundation and the Social Reform are less involved.In the case comparison,different political generations are influenced by the political socialization during the adolescence period.There are particularity among each political generation,and are the similarities and differences between the four political generations in the Xinfang behavior.The Country Foundation had experienced Counter-Japanese War and Liberation War,cherishing more peacetime life,having absolute trust and worship for Mao Zedong,in the Xinfang complaints,they are mainly aimed for social security of personal life,the tactics are the most peaceful means:to write the letters to the governments;The Country Construction had experienced some periods of consolidation and construction of the new China,they are influenced by communism and Mao thought profoundly,but also affected by the life cycle,having more time resources to petition,and their complaint refers more to the individual or collective resettlement of immigrant,rehabilitation of the Great Cultural Revolution and cadres of corruption,and the tactics include collective petition and progressive petition in addition to individual petition;The Cultural Revolution affected by the Great Cultural Revolution and the Down to the Countryside Movement and so on,paying more attention to the maintenance and fight of their rights in the Xinfang behavior.The complaints cover property disputes,medical disputes and personal injuries among individuals and families.The tactics begin to appear to the court in addition to earlier generations mainly for the government;The Social Reform are experienced in the reform and opening-up,family planning and the tide of the Internet,the deeper influence of western thoughts,their ideas are more open.The Xinfang complaints mainly relate to fertility problems,territorial resources,and employment etc.of themselves and their family.The main tactics of Xinfang is court action,taking into account the progressive petition to the government.The similarities between each political generation are:a.Emotional evolution is obvious.b.Differential order resentment is abstract and orderly.c.Covering the range of basic units and below.d.The petition policy is rational and orderly;The differences between political generations are:a.Discourse,there are subjects,people and citizens.b.Individuals want,have the difference between power and law.c.Appeal concept,there are collective and individual points.d.The content of the petition have obvious historical characteristics,e.The objects of petition are blurred to concrete.In the quantitative statistics,there are certain generational differences in the Xinfang complaints.The content of Xinfang complaints is divided into infringement maintenance class,the right to advocate class,reporting and social welfare category.Comparing to the Country Foundation,the Country Construction and the Cultural Revolution,the probability of participation of the Social Reform will not participate in such petition in the right to advocate class,after control some variables.The Xinfang objectives are divided into enterprises and institutions,township governments and the following,county and municipal governments and the above.The political generational differences of the objects are not significant,the p-value of gender and education is obvious in the county-level government,and the p-values of women and the high-educated ones are outstanding.The Xinfang tactics are divided into public propaganda,external performance,social disorder and government order,and the political generational differences in the Xinfang tactics are not significant,however in the control of gender,political parties,education and time,the p-values of gender and political parties is significant,and the role of women and members of the Communist Party of China will choose such petition strategy in the external performance strategy.
