With the reform of forensic system in recent years and the advancement of "trial-centered" litigation system,scientific evidence research has gradually emerged in China.The term "court science" is increasingly known.Since the end of the twentieth century,forensic science has become one of the fastest growing disciplines in foreign countries,and its scope is very extensive,especially in the United States after the "9.11incident",its role in social and public security has been the role of governments Attention.The social needs of forensic science professionals are increasing,and the educational structure with the main function of personnel training needs to be changed to adapt to the renewal of social structure,combined with the characteristics of forensic science disciplines and the professional characteristics of forensic science workers,and decided that their professional education needs to pay attention the study.The forensic science profession is in line with the standard of a professional,and has its own professional characteristics,whether it is the profession itself or its professional characteristics require the newly appointed forensic science staff to receive professional education before they can start their professional activities.China's forensic science in the modern late start,academic education is still short-board,combined with China's court science industry has not yet fully professional,forensic science workers identity ambiguity,its professional path has not yet standardized,with supporting professional education system Nature has notyet been built completely.Based on the dialectical relationship between education and occupation,it is necessary to construct a reasonable legal education of forensic science in order to solve the existing problems of forensic science in our country.After nearly 17 years of exploration and practice in the United States,the current legal system of professional education is more mature and has good practical feedback,which is of reference significance for our country.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the forensic science professional education overview.This chapter is divided into three sections,the first section is the occupation and professional education,mainly from the career-related concepts,the relationship between education and occupation,professional and professional education needs of the three aspects of the court defined as a professional Rationality and the importance of professional education.The second section is the professional characteristics of the forensic science.It discusses the three characteristics of its subjectivity,status independence and content science.It discusses the demand of forensic science education from the perspective of professional characteristics.The third section is based on the United States to explore the necessity of China's forensic science professional education,first of all from the subject itself to explain its wide range of applications,and then briefly explain the existence of China's forensic science education problems,and then the United States court science professional education The system is more mature to make an overview,the combination of the three shows that China needs to carry out forensic science professional education,and to learn from the United States as a perspective.The second chapter is the American forensic science professional education.This chapter is divided into two sections,the first section of the United States court scientific career profile,respectively,the United section is the analysis of the model of professional education of American forensic science.First,it explains the training model of forensic scientists in the United States,and then analyzes the status quo of the professional education of forensic science in our country.Analysis on the Present Situation of Professional Education of Forensic Science in China from the Basis of the Root of forensic science in our country.This chapter is divided into two sections,the first section is the construction of the forensic science professional education system of the necessity.According to the analysis of the existing problems of the legal profession and professionalization of the court in our country,it is necessary to construct a reasonable professional education system to fulfill the professional needs ofthe court science profession and meet the legal professional characteristics of the court,and standardize the legal career path Discussion.In the second section,the author puts forward the principle of the construction of forensic science education in our country,and puts forward three principles from the general direction of constructing the training in forensic science.
