A Study On The Development And Dissemination Of China's Governmental Wechat Since The 18th CPC National Congress

With the development of the Internet and the continuous replacement of the media,the traditional media exclusive audience pattern has been gradually broken by some new media and self-media.In the traditional media era,there was no platform for government agencies to publish information,which only had them to convey their discourse via newspapers,radio and television.Therefore,the traditional media had become the "Setter" of government discourse.As the "Setter",there has been a lot of indirect and hysteresis problems while the traditional media was transferring government's discourse.However,the Wechat of government,which has become the information of the "First publisher",allows the government has its own discourse publishing platform.Apart from the timeliness,the governmental wechat has its own traits of directness and accuracy while publishing information,which has made itself"Authoritative publisher".In addition,the technology of Weibo and Wechat has also created their own way for government agencies to face with people,serve people and communicate with people directly.Since the 18th Party Congress,the function of the government agencies has been changing from the traditional management-oriented government to the service-oriented government,strengthening the relationship between the party with government agencies and the masses,making the relationship between the party with government agencies and people closer,which reflected feasibly the party with government agencies has attached importance to and thoroughly carried out the party's purpose,mass line and governing for people.In such context,the governmental wechat came into being and developed by leaps and bounds.The governmental wechat has not only benefitted on spreading administrative information and changing government functions to serve the people,but also propagate Internet government affairs to build up a good image of the party and government.This paper attempts to begin with the point of the top design of changes of government function since the 18th Party Congress,combined with the theory of communication,analyzing the development of China's governmental wechat,the transmission power of governmental wechat,the factors that influence the transmission power of the governmental wechat,and the countermeasures to enhance the communication power of our government,which would bring useful inspiration to the healthy development of governmental wechat.
