Research On Legal Regulation Of Residence Commercial Use

The commercial use of dwelling house is very common,but in essence,it temporarily changes the purpose of house.Nowadays,we can see more and more daily rental houses in different communities,and their original purpose has been changed.Actually,these daily rental houses have a long history in China,the emergence of sharing economy in recent years further contributed to their development.As a result,a lot of typical enterprises have come into being in B2C and C2C.However,it should be noted that China's laws and regulations for daily rental houses have lagged behind when compared with some other countries.The lack of nationally unified policies for daily rental houses led to different definitions and management modes of daily rental houses in different regions.The current Property Law and other legal terms also don't seem to have proper regulations regarding the commercial use of dwelling house.This article holds that daily rental houses of residence communities,which represent an innovative sharing economy,should be approved by relevant national departments.On the other hand,laws and regulations should be timely put in place to improve legal regulations for daily rental houses of residence communities.
