relief.The combination of social assistance and legal aid can effectively prevent and stop domestic violence.This article is divided into four parts,through the introduction of the characteristics and forms of domestic violence,analyzes the regulations on domestic violence relief,as well as to the scope of research and reference assistance system,to provide domestic violence victims operable relief measures,in order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of domestic violence victims.The first part,mainly to domestic violence and family violence relief related concepts and characteristics are summarized,analyzed the definition of family violence "in our country,then expounds the understanding of the concept of domestic violence.Domestic violence mainly occurs within the
