From the “group of three-person” to the five Secretaries of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China(CPC)was growing and maturing in the constant struggle,and gradually established the collective leadership system of the party.In its early stage,the Communist Party of China modeled on the Communist Party of the Soviet Union to establish the committee system,although the trend reflected the collective leadership after the leadership work,but there was no formal formation of collective leadership system.From Chen Duxiu's Right opportunism to the three successive "left" errors within the party,the leadership of the party had a deviation so that the revolutionary development was facing a huge challenge.The “group of three-person” decided everything,the Communist Party of China was in a passive state of being beaten,and copying the Soviet experience can not adapt to the reality of china,coupled with frequent wars,bad environment,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was urgently needed to improve the unity of the party and improved the party's leadership.At the same time,the success of the CPC Central Committee leadership system transformation was also in line with the historical inevitability.After the failure of the first great revolution and the struggle against the wrong ideological line within the party,before the beginning of the Long March the Communist Party of China accumulated certain leadership experience in the revolutionary practice;after the long march the Long March,the CPC Central Committee had lost contact with the Communist International,which made the party's central collective leadership can make independent decisions according to the specific situation of the revolution;Coupled with the democratic revolution.Before the Long March,the CPC Central Committee decided to set up the “group of three-person”,which dealt with all the affairs of the party.Due to the “group of three-person” with Li De and Bo Gu as center carrying out the "left" line,not to adopt the correct views,and engaging in autocratic power in the party,the party suffered heavy losses.With the deepening of the practice of the revolution,the “group of three-person” began to differentiate;"The central team of three people " struggled with the wrong Leadership route in the party through the channel,Liping,monkey meeting,the power of the “group of three-person” weakened,and Bo Go,Li De's wrong leadership was excluded basically,which was ready for a good meeting in Zunyi.Zunyi conference,the party fully promoted democracy,to correct the wrong military route;canceled the “group of three-person”,meanwhile Mao Zedong was elected to the Politburo Standing Committee,becoming a member of the central leadership of the CPC Central Committee;after the Zunyi meeting,the Standing Committee reassigning tasks,Zhang Wentian succeeded to Bo Gu to undertake the chief responsibility in the party,at the same time,according to the needs of the changing situation,establishing the military team of three people;in the Long March,the Standing Committee reassigning tasks,Sha Wo Huanshuai,Mao Zedong was officially responsible for the military;In this process,Mao Zedong's leadership in the party gradually established.At the end of the sixth Plenary Session of the 6th CPC Central Committee the CPC Central Committee,the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the CPC and the Standing Committee mixed phenomenon ending,the Secretariat of the Central Committee began to replace the Standing Committee to exercise powers;The war situation was constantly changing,the Anti Japanese war from the defensive phase into a stalemate,in order to better cope with the challenges from home and abroad,to strengthen the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee,the CPC Central Committee adjusting organization and forming the "unified" leadership;from the seventh Plenary Session of the 6th CPC Central Committee to the Seventh National Congress of the CPC,the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the CPC stopped the exercise of authority,by Mao Zedong,Zhu De,Liu Shaoji,Ren Bishi and Zhou Enlai forming the party's presidium to deal with the daily affairs.The Communist Party of China elected the Party leadership organization composed of the five secretaries(Mao Zedong,Zhu De,Liu Shaoji,Ren Bishi and Zhou Enlai)in the first Plenary Session of the 7th CPC Central Committee,and this pattern had been extended to the Eighth National Congress of the CPC.From the “group of three-person” to the five Secretaries of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was facing many difficulties and setbacks,such as democracy within the party not perfect;Zhang Guotao splitting the Party Central Committee and undermining the unity of the party;two kinds of wrong ideas in the party,including "left leaning" and "right deviation";and party sectarianism,subjectivism,sectarianism and other non proletarian ideology,which brought great challenges to the leadership of the CPC Central Committee work.Of course,the causes of these problems were various,both subjective and objective aspects;both domestic and foreign reasons;both ideological level and institutional aspects and so on,to be comprehensive and comprehensive analysis in order to better sum up experience and lessons,improve the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and improve the leadership system.The Communist Party Chinese through hardships,through the test of practice,accumulated valuable historical experience: the Central Committee of the Communist Party in the process of leadership,must adhere to the principle of democratic centralism and scientifically understand the relationship between democracy and centralization;must form the stable and mature leading collectivity and implement strong collective leadership;must strictly observe Party discipline and maintain Party unity;must unify party ideas and use Marxism Leninism to guide the work of the party.From the “group of three-person” to the five Secretaries of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee achieves the transformation of the leadership system and further improves the leadership system.In the critical period of socialist modernization,the CPC must adhere to the history,based on the reality of society,to create a better future.In the development of modern governance,the full development of inner-party democracy is the basis of improving the collective leadership of the Party Central committee;independence is an important principle to carry out the collective leadership mechanism of the Party Central Committee;system construction is a powerful guarantee for the implementation of the collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee;capacity building is the key to improve the efficiency of the collective leadership of CPC Central Committee;to strengthen the leadership of the Party Central Committee is the core of adhering to the system of collective leadership.
