Research On The Prevention Of Juvenile Gang Crime From The Perspective Of Social Support

Adolescents are the reserve forces of national sustainable development,and represent the future of the country and the nation.But the current problem of juvenile delinquency shows a high posture,which become a major obstacle to the sustained and stable development of society.Due to the lack of physical strength,intelligence,courage and experience of the individual,the gang has become the main form of juvenile delinquency.The juvenile gang crime has the special subject of crime,the cause of the crime is complicated,and the crime is serious and far-reaching.Therefore,the prevention and control of juvenile gang crime is no longer just a legal problem,but also the overall situation of sustainable and stable development of society.The current social governance need to solve the problem.The focus of this paper is to study the prevention and control of juvenile gang crime from the perspective of social support theory.Through the combing and summarizing the current situation of domestic and foreign research,we understand the basic connotation of social support theory,the research status of juvenile gang crime prevention and the internal relations.This paper analyzes the causes of juvenile gang crime in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City the causes of juvenile gang crime by using social support theory.Through the analysis,it is found that the essence of juvenile gang crime is the problem of insufficient supply of effective social support from government,school,family and society which bear social support responsibility for adolescent development.Therefore,this article offers proposals of the current juvenile gang crime prevention and control from the government,schools,families,social and other subjects on the effective development of young people's social support.It is necessary to improve the juvenile gang crime prevention system,improve the system of juvenile correction and help system,and construct the social supportive environment.It tries to construct the prevention and control system of juvenile gang crime in advance.
