Study On Interactive Relationship Among Industrialization, Urbanization And Basic Public Service

How to coordinate economic development and people's livelihood is the essence of interactive relationship among industrialization,urbanization and basic public service,which is an important content of research on the regional coordinated development,also a subject that should be pay great attention to while China stepping into a comprehensive well-off society.However,there is still a lack of systematic and profound research on the existing literature.In view of this,this dissertation first attempt to construct a theoretical framework of interactive relationship among industrialization,urbanization and basic public service,then take China as a case,testing and analyzing the interaction and its development status,development structure and so on,finally put forward the interactive development countermeasures.On the foundation of reviewing and commenting relevant research literature,the dissertation comprehend the theoretical connotation of industrialization,urbanization and basic public service in the view of interaction.Then learning from the classic theory of system theory,synergy theory,symbiosis theory and threshold theory,the author formulate a mechanism of interactive relationship among three subsystems above.It consists of the development connotation,the influencing factor,the internal mechanism and evolution root,which respectively expound different contents of the interaction.Based on this,put forward three hypotheses to be tested.In the empirical study of China,integrated by Pearson coefficient,panel VAR model and panel Granger causality,it is found that China's industrialization,urbanization and basic public service do have interactive relation,and take the constraint of basic public service as its main feature.Measure the interaction's status by means of coordination development degree model,and the results show that the coordinated development level of China's industrialization,urbanization and basic public service in 1997-2015 is generally low,means that the three subsystems only have the basis of synergy but do not really achieve the state of coordinated symbiosis.Based on this,the panel threshold model results further show that the three subsystems actually form a nonlinear structure that takes basic public service as the "threshold" characteristic,and urbanization can only promotes industrialization in the lower level of basic public service,thus affecting the interaction.In order to promote the interactive development of industrialization,urbanization and basic public service,should do basic countermeasures of support.In this regard,we can consider the countermeasure targets such as perfecting interaction mechanism,enhancing interaction level,coordinating economy and livelihood.Then adhere to the basic principles like taking into account the economic efficiency and livelihood benefit,considering the time and local conditions simultaneously and focusing on both overall planning and pragmatic progressive.Further put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
