The Analysis On Clinical Management Of The Troublemaking Vagrant Mental Disorder Patients

Objective Based on the analysis of clinical features of the troublemaking vagrant mental disorder patients and influence factors of occurrence of troublemaking.Discuss and refine the experience of Nanning Social Welfare Hospital in curing the troublemaking vagrant mental disorder patients,and proposes a whole relief system for the troublemaking vagrant mental disorder patients.On one hand,to provide suggestions and assistant for psychiatric hospital in curing and managing the troublemaking vagrant mental disorder patients,on the other hand,to help more troublemaking vagrant mental disorder patients back to fitness and return to their families and society.Methods Nanning Social Welfare Hospital is the only hospital that rescue "three noes"patients with mental illness designated by the Guangxi Provincial Department of Health.We analyze the clinical data of 742 troublemaking patients in 2332 cases of vagrant patients with mental disorder treated from 2008 to 2014 in our hospital.Based on this big data specimen,descriptive statistics,comparative analysis,chi square test,logistic regression analysis and other methods are adopted to analyze the demographic characteristics,the clinical characteristics and the treatment management of the troublemaking vagrant patients with mental disorder.We also summarize the successful experiment and hope it will be a good reference for researchers in the field.Results Our research demonstrates that the troublemaking vagrant mental disorder patients show significant group characteristics and have obvious difference from non-troublemaking vagrant mental disorder patients in clinical disease and clinical symptoms.No occupation,male,unmarried,sufferings from schizophrenia vagrant patients have a higher incidence of troublemaking.Irritability,delusions,mood and other psychiatric symptoms are the factors that influence the troublemaking behaviors of vagrant patients with mental disorder.Suggestions Nanning City Social Welfare Hospital standardized the admission form of troublemaking vagrant patients with mental disorder in order to maximize the utilization of medical resources.Secondly,the hospital strengthens the awareness of risk prevention to prevent medical malpractice.Furthermore,took some measures to improve the quality of hospital medical service in quantity and quality.At last,the hospital paid attention to the discharge of the hospital to prevent re-admission.According to the clinical management experience of hospital,this study proposes a full relief system of "rapid identification,prevention,treatment,and safe return" for troublemaking vagrant mental disorder patients.This system did a thorough work on rapid screening,risk prevention,medical treatment and discharge placement for troublemaking vagrant disorder patients.It is of great significance for the maintenance of social security and the prevention and treatment for the troublemaking vagrant mental disorder patients.
