Research On Patient Privacy Protection In Clinical Teaching

This article mainly studies the protection of patient privacy in clinical teaching.Based on the privacy right of patients,this paper analyzes how to balance the contradiction between the patient and the doctor.The second part of the article analyzes the current situation of patient privacy protection in China,combs out the concept of patient privacy,content of patient privacy,and the infringement of patient privacy in clinical teaching,and analyzes the current situation of patient privacy protection in China.It is found that the legislation of patient privacy protection in our country is imperfect,the judicial protection is weak and the patient privacy awareness is not strong.The third part puts forward the legal improvement of patient privacy protection in clinical teaching.It mainly includes strengthening patient privacy protection legislation,directly protecting patient privacy as an independent personality right,perfecting the systematic protection of patient privacy,and perfecting the corresponding procedures.law;We will strengthen judicial protection of patients 'right to privacy,unify the standards of judicial adjudication,recognize the consequences of infringement of patients' right to privacy in China's judicial practice,prohibit judicial personnel from violating patients 'right to privacy twice,and uphold the principle of balancing interests in judicial proceedings.At the same time,the author puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the judicial protection of patients 'privacy and promote the reform of clinical teaching system.
