Research On The Management Of Food Safety Complaints Report In Jinzhou New District

Food safety has a close relationship with the immediate interests of the general publicwhich affects people's life safety and health. Nowadays the society is under high-speed development, food safety issues are taken more and more seriously. Complaints report is the broad masses to food supervision and management institutions to reflect the important way of food safety issues as well as the food regulatory agencies. It is also an important bridge for people to communicate with each other.China Food and Drug Administration was promulgated on December 29, 2011 “The Measures for the Management of the Food and Drug Complaints Report(try out) ”, and in March 1, 2016 “The Measures for the Management of the Food and Drug Complaints Report”,it marks the country to the complaint reporting work seriously, contribute to the management of food complaints report.Jinzhou New District in 2011 issued the “Dalian Jinzhou New District the Measures for the Management of the Food Safety Complaints Report”, strengthened the management of the food safety complaints report, but many problems still exist in the actual work. Therefore,Jinzhou New District complaints report against food safety management evaluation research has its important significances, finding complaints report against food safety management is insufficient; Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.In order to study the above problems, this paper is written by using literature method,interview method, questionnaire survey method, empirical analysis method, and literature information statistical analysis method to research the situation of the management of food safety complaints report in Jinzhou New District.In the introduction, the background for the topic, the current research about the topic,the content of the thesis and the methodology are expressed in turn. The survey of management in Jinzhou New District complaints report against food safety situation investigation is through the interview method and questionnaire investigation. After that, the analysis of the results of the survey, discovering the problems existing in Jinzhou New District complaints report against food safety management, and analyzes the causes.In the end, feasible suggestions and countermeasures, such as setting up good mechanism of mutual supervision of the whole society, improving the complaints reportsystem, building complaints report investigation team of high quality, insuring quality complaints report handling and improving the work efficiency, etc, is putted forward to aim at problems existing in Jinzhou New District complaints report against food safety management.This paper, relying on the actual circumstance, offers pieces of suggestions and theory basis by using relevant research data home and abroad against food safety management.
