The Study On Causes And Countermeasures Of Sundden Mass Incident In Gannan

Sudden mass incident lays a great impact on normal social order,personal and property security.In recent years,citizens have higher requirements on personal and property security and social publich order as overall national strength and international status of China are promoted increasingly,therefore,sudden mass incident has an ever-increasing restrictive function on comprehensive development of our country,thus,reducing occurrence of mass incident is of the highest priority.Through analysis of current natural condition limits,culture and custom difference in multi-ethnic mixed residential area,religion beliefs,as well as multi external and internal factors in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous State,this dissertation points out environment and causes of sudden mass incident;based on this and working practice,public relations management of government,public management of underdeveloped area and other applicable theories are adopted in this dissertation;upon this theory,this dissertation,from angle of religion,culture,thinking,customs and other aspects,introduces social status of ethnic minorities and main problems causing sudden mass incidents,analyzes major causes of sudden mass incidents in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous State,and several contingency measures for precaution and treatment of sudden mass incidents in multi-ethnic mixed residential area are also provided.Frequent sudden mass incidents severly interfere normal living of common people in southern Gansu.The thesis gives systematic description with research status at home and abroad,applicable countermeasures and theoretical tools,analysis view,characteristice and major causes of sudden mass incidents in southern Gansu Tibetan area and points out that sudden mass incident in southern Gansu Tibetan area happens for a reason but not by accident:though overseas an-china groups constantly propel sudden mass incidents,party and government offices are also liable for it.It also gives analysis on how to control and decrease sudden mass incident occurrence in southern Gansu Tibetan arer is also given in the thesis.Taken southern Gansu “3.14”sudden mass incidents,Lasa”3.14”incident,and”Nijiang”event as examples,the thesis finally gives an empirical analysis to illustrate the necessity pf solving sudden mass incidents and provides some suggestions.
