Study On The Thought Of National Contact,Exchange And Blend Of The Communist Party Of China

In the Central ethnic work Conference of 2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping made a important interpretation to the development of ethnic relations in China and highlighted to strengthen important ideas of "National Contact,Exchange and Blend",highlighting the new ideas and new shows of Communist Party of China's ethnic theory and the importance of "National Contact,Exchange and Blend" to deal with ethnic relations and promote national development.With the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the increasing of national communication and blend and the reduction of difference have become a debate of the facts.The communication and integration of all ethnic groups in China accelerate development and progress.But academic has a different views on this.Some scholars think this reference of "National Contact,Exchange and Blend" describes regional autonomy system of China has no longer adapted current of situation.Attempting to follow American for representative of "national big furnace mode" to change the existing of regional autonomy system of China and advocating to thaw different ethnics for one by force.This view will appear,although the reason is one of the main leaders of China proposed the concept of "National Contact,Exchange and Blend",they do not make a clear and detailed theoretical origin and connotation,leading some scholars have different opinions.Appear the reason why there is such a view,one of the reasons is Comrade Hu Jintao at the Fifth Central Tibet work forum for the first time,although clearly put forward the concept of "National Contact,Exchange and Blend",but the party's literature was not made explicit the theory origin and connotation interpretation,leading some scholars have different view.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis and carding and comparison to study the Communist Party of China's national communication,exchange and blend.First,from blending national contact exchange blend the formation and development of the Communist Party of Chinese,dates back the Communist Party of China national contact of exchange theories blending history,the Communist Party of China national contact of exchange based on blending practice national contact of exchanges with the CPC.Followed by the analysis of the scientific connotation of the Communist Party of China national contact,exchange and blend ideas and basic viewpoints in theory,at the same time from China Communist Party in the national political,economic,culture,people's livelihood,aiding Xinjiang and Tibet strategic initiatives and the successful practice of the thoughts of national contact,exchange and blend of China Communist described "five identity" etc.Finally,from the theoretical and practical dimensions of the two aspects of scientific analysis of the Communist Party of China's national contact,exchange and blend of ideas,to adhere to and develop the contemporary value of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The research of this thesis is of great theoretical and practical significance for clarifying some incorrect views of the scholars on ethnic theory and ethnic policy of our country.
