Research On Party Supervision Practice And Basic Experience Since The 18^th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

Since the 18^thh National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Chinese Party attaches great importance to the inner-party supervision system construction,not only because of the inner-party supervision itself is the basic and fundamental guarantee,but it also can activate the entire party construction through the inner-party supervision,it has profound significance for our party to strengthen construction of the party's ruling competency.Since the 18^thh National Congress of the Communist Party of China?CPC?,our party is based on the theory of Marx's inner party supervision.During the long-term supervision practice,we attach importance to the theoretical innovation and learning work of inner party supervision.Meanwhile,our party has attached great importance to the innovation and the party's supervision theory study in the long-term supervision and practice based on the theory of the party's supervision.Also we attach great importance to the improvement of inner-party supervision mechanism system,adopts the top-down and bottom-up,democratic supervision,supervision and other supervision mode,the combination of concrete including debriefing honesty,democratic life,complaint handling,inspection and admonishing other inner-party supervision;emphasize to straighten out the discipline inspection system,clear discipline inspection functions,strengthen the supervision of"key minority",and have achieved good results in our party's supervision work.Since the 18^thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China?CPC?,although party supervision has a top-level design and overall layout,there are still many factors affecting the inner-party supervision and inner-party supervision problems in the process of practice,many party members inner-party supervision consciousness is not strong,poor supervision and subject to the supervision of leading cadres is weak and etc.,therefore,our party should sum up experience whether in theory,in practice or in the process of innovation,countermeasures to overcome all sorts of difficulties,and constantly improve the inner-party supervision.
