Research For Local Supervisory System In Tang Dynasty

In the lustrous and brilliant Chinese civilization,the ancient Chinese supervisory system,as the main part of superstructure,creates the miracle of the system structure and adapts itself to the national conditions and the economic and social development needs of different dynasties in China,which gives us the valuable national heritage.The reason why China's feudal empire can survive for more than 2000 years is inseparable with the above mentioned points.Tang Dynasty inherits the past and ushers in the future among the history of supervisory system in China.It inherits the supervisory system of pre-Qin period and Qin and Han Dynasties,in the mean time,it helps the improvement of the supervisory system of Ming and Qing Dynasties.This paper focuses on analysis of the characteristics and functions of the local supervisory system in Tang Dynasty reflected on the history of supervisory system in ancient China.What's more,it explores the internal cross complex relationships in the system,so as to be beneficial to the rule of law and supervision system reform.The article will mainly talks about the following several aspects:The first part is the overview of local supervisory system from the pre-Qin Dynasty to Sui Dynasty.It contains the burgeon of local supervisory system in pre-Qin Dynasty and the change of local supervisory system in Qin and Han Dynasties,as well as the development of local supervisory system from Wei and Jin dynasties to Sui Dynasty,so as to grasp the historical developing process of ancient Chinese supervisory system in the whole and understand the previous history of the local supervisory system's development in the Tang Dynasty.The second part,mainly discusses the local supervisory system of the early stage of Tang Dynasty,which includes several forms of the local supervisory system in the Tang Dynasty,such as the chief secretariat system,the clerk and military system,the interview system and the reflected time characteristics.The third part,mainly talks about the local supervisory system in the late Tang Dynasty.It discusses the changes of the local supervisory system,the reasons why the local supervisory system change and develop,the implementation and effect of supervisory rules and regulations,the basic characteristics of local monitoring in the late Tang Dynasty,etc.The fourth part is the evaluation of local supervisory system in the Tang Dynasty,which mainly includes the evaluation of institution itself,the evaluation of system running effect and the referring significance on the present supervision system reform of the supervision culture in the Tang Dynasty.
