Research On The Government Emergency Management In Network Group Events

With the rapid development of the Internet and the number of Internet users,The Internet is constantly changing every aspect of our lives.It becomes an important role for people to participate in politics and express their aspirations.At present,China is in a period of multiple contradictions,and the Chinese government is facing a lot of new problems and challenges.From the network group events occurred in recent years,although the Internet can truly reveal some Chinese social problems that need to be solved and create public discourse space and create public spirit to some extent,if the Internet activities cannot be guided and controlled timely and effective,it will disrupt the inside and outside order of the Internet and affecting social stability.The study of network group events in our country started late,however,with the frequent occurrence of Internet group events in recent years,the domestic academic community has a high degree of concern for the Internet group events.But,the relevant results are less and the system is not formed.Based on the analysis of the existing research theories,this paper defines and explains the related concepts of the Internet group events,and then classifies the cases.Analyzing the positive and negative aspects of the network group events objectively.And summarizing and forecasting the current situation and development trend of the Internet group events.According to the principles of prevention first and address both the symptoms and root cause,under the condition that the current government should not do the best to deal with the problem of Internet incidents,from the social environment,monitoring and early warning,emergency response and the aftermath of feedback the four aspects to improve the government's network group events emergency management mechanism proposals,therefore,on the basis of good interaction between the government and the people to minimize the loss of the people and the government.
