With the advancement of Chinese social reform,the non-profit organizations have been developing steadily in our country,all kinds of non-profit organizations involved in the social management gradually through providing public goods and services,it plays an important role in the social management.But at the same time of the rapid development of Chinese non-profit organizations,corruption and illegal behavior and some inappropriate rules restricting the further development of non-profit organization,how to improve the regulatory system of non-profit organizations in our country,and the benign development of the non-profit organization,has become an important hot topic in the research field of non-profit organizations in our country.This paper mainly talked about non-profit organization and its supervision,expounded the research background and significance of the article through the analysis of relevant information,then defined the relevant concepts.After that,made a theoretical analysis of Chinese non-profit organization regulation from the angle of public responsibility,principal-agent,voluntary failure and multiple governance theory,made clear the necessity of regulation on non-profit organizations.Then reviewed the development of Chinese non-profit organizations and its supervision.,explored the dilemma of non-profit organization supervision in our country and its causes from the aspects of legislation,government,society and internal.Then drew lessons from experience of developed countries,combined with the realistic conditions in our country,put forward specific measures for the comprehensive supervision of Chinese non-profit organizations,including perfecting the relevant laws and regulations,reforming government supervision mode,broadening the channels of social regulation and enhance the level of internal regulation.At last,analyzed the internal relations,the system structure,the restriction and the incentive measures of the comprehensive supervision of non-profitorganizations in China.In order to provide some reference to improve the level of supervision of Chinese non-profit organizations.
