Research On The Development Of Non-profit Organizations In Dalian

Non-profit organization(NPO)refers to a variety of social organizations or organizations initiated by private individuals or social groups to achieve their own non-economic aspirations or goals.The purpose of operation and operation of such organizations is not to obtain profits,but to achieve social public welfare or mutual benefit outside the government.Since the 1970s,with the advent of "community revolution",non-profit organizations have developed unprecedentedly.In the 1980s,with the development of market economy and the transformation of government functions,non-profit organizations developed rapidly in China.As a "third sector" different from the government and enterprises,non-profit organizations are characterized by volunteerism,non-profit,non-governmental autonomy and non-political and non-religious nature.it is outstanding in collecting social volunteers,handling special public affairs,helping vulnerable groups and promoting social civilization and harmony.With the development of society,non-profit organizations embody the characteristics of their organizational system innovation.With the characteristics of public welfare,non-governmental and non-profit,non-profit organizations can solve the problems for the government and the market in the process of service.In the process of service,they have become an indispensable important social force for the government,enterprises and individuals to share their worries and solve difficulties,promote fair competition among market participants,support the full play of social voluntary resources,and make great efforts to serve the broad masses of residents.This paper combines the existing theory and practice and adopts the methods of documentation,case analysis,mathematical statistics,logical deduction and other research methods,combines with the actual situation of the work of non-profit organizations in H Street of Dalian City,analyses the related problems existing in the work of non-profit organizations in Dalian City,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of non-profit organizations in Dalian according to the advanced experience and practice of H Street Office.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of this topic,the theoretical basis of this research,the significance,methods and ideas of this research,and elaborates the research status of non-profit organizations at home and abroad,and comments on the research status of non-profit organizations.The second chapter summarizes the concept definition and theoretical basis of NPO,and builds the theoretical basis of this paper from four aspects:corporatism theory,social governance theory,socialist harmonious society theory,and civil society theory.The third chapter includes the actualities of NPO in H Street Office and the problems existing in the development of non-profit organizations in Dalian,including the lack of relevant legal system,lack of professionals,low social influence,narrow service areas and weak self-hematopoietic ability.The fourth chapter mainly aims at the problems raised in Chapter III and combines the reality of the work of H Street Office NPO to find effective ways to solve the problems,including strengthening the leadership of the Party to NPO,strengthening the comprehensive construction of NPO,strengthening the ideological construction of personnel and other aspects to put forward specific methods to improve the construction of NPO.Combining with the actual work,this paper emphatically explores the irreplaceable role of community in the development of non-profit organizations.
