Vehicle Financing Lease Registration System Research

Vehicle leasing is a new and important way of financing,but the vehicle is different from the general financing leasehold,vehicles and ships,aircraft tied for the land,sea and air transport three,are the needs of the special chattel registration publicity.Therefore,the vehicle financing lease is not only required to comply with the laws and regulations related to financing lease management,but also to comply with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations of the vehicle management,and therefore more complex.And there is no vehicle management in China's relevant laws and regulations to make arrangements for the financing lease financing lease vehicle registration,the relevant laws and regulations also did not make provision for the vehicle leasing registration,so the vehicle leasing reality registration management is very chaotic situation,which is not conducive to the healthy development of the vehicle leasing industry.This paper will improve the vehicle leasing registration system in China as the research point,through the relevant legal system of China's current vehicle management analysis,analysis of the process of registration of vehicles in the financing lease,and to the ship and aircraft leasing registration and comparative study,analysis of foreign related real estate financing lease registration provisions,put forward improve the vehicle leasing registration institution of China and the theoretical basis,so as to promote the development of the vehicle leasing in China.This paper will mainly adopt the method of law and economics analysis method and empirical analysis method and legal norms,combined with the current vehicle leasing registration in our country and the practice of "contract law","guarantee law","property law","road traffic safety law" and other relevant legal system are analyzed,and put forward to improve the registration of construction vehicle leasing.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is an overview of the description,this chapter introduces the concept,the concept of vehicle leasing,vehicle leasing registration vehicle leasing,special vehicle leasing the significance of registration.The second chapter introduces the status quo of the vehicle leasing registration in China and the existing problems,through the analysis of China's vehicle financing lease registration problems in the fourth chapter,construct and perfect the vehicle leasing registration system.The third chapter introduces the International Convention and some foreign countries in the relevant provisions of the financing lease registration system,and the provisions of China's aircraft and ship leasing registration,through the comparison and analysis of the registration system of foreign and Chinese ships and aircraft,proposed to our country's vehicle financing lease registration legislation.In the fourth chapter,through the analysis and demonstration of China's current financial leasing vehicles and related legal system,the internal and external environment research and the present stage of our country,put forward the feasible suggestions and vehicle financing lease registration system in China.
