Research On The Ideology Political Works Innovation System Of The State-owned Enterprises Under The New Environment Of Reform

With the deepening of the reform in our country,the reform of the state-owned enterprises will change in the aspects,such as the reform goal,the field,the content,the way and so on.At the same time,some new problems will arise.For example,the shareholding system reform will make the ownership structure of state-owned enterprises diversified,and the behavior norms,internal restraint mechanism,operation mechanism will change fast.Different cultures,values and ideas will have a collision in the state-owned enterprises,and the original pattern of interests will be broken and adjusted.These new changes not only make the ideology political works of state-owned enterprises face more complex environment and encounter new problems,but also put forward higher requirements on ideology political works objectively.Relying on a single ideology political works innovation is obviously difficult to effectively deal with this new environment.Therefore,it has important practical significance to explore the innovation system of the ideology political works of the state-owned enterprises systematically under the background of deepening reform.Therefor,this paper uses the literature research,historical research,inductive reasoning and other research methods,focusing on the following issues:(1)What new changes to state-owned enterprises that derived from comprehensive deepening of reform?(2)What kind of environmental features that ideology political works of state-owned enterprises faced,which is caused by these new changes? What new problems does it encounter?What are the higher requirements for it?(3)In order to effectively deal with this new environment and achieve higher requirements,how does ideology political works to expand and improve the innovation system?For this reason,this paper first explains the background of the comprehensive deepening reform,points out the significance of this study and the main problems to be solved.Then,using the literature research method review and summarize the relevant research of the state-owned enterprises and ideology political works.Subsequently,the paper analyzes the new changes which brought by the comprehensive deepening reform to the state-owned enterprises and the environmental characteristics of the ideology political works.Then,further analysis of the new environment to the ideology political works of state-owned enterprises to bring higher requirements.On these basis,this paper discusses some new requirements to ideology political works which originate form comprehensively deepening reforms,and probes into the innovation system of the ideology political works,such as innovation of the goals,contents,methods,organization and management,and so on.The main innovation of this paper lies in: One is this paper analyzes the new changes,new features new problems and new requirements based on the comprehensive reform,which reflects some characteristics of the reform of state-owned enterprises and their ideology political works,and updated some previous research on Ideological andpolitical work.The other is sums up the various aspects of innovation of the ideological and political systematically,constructing the innovation system of ideology political works tentatively,and provide a systematic proposal for the new era of ideology political works.
