The reform of state-owned enterprises is core of economic reform in our country, andthe key to construct socialism market economy system. Whether the reform will be successnot only determined the survive and development of enterprises of their own, but also thefinal establishment of socialism market economy system and continuous and healthydevelopment of Chinese economy. With more than twenty years reform, manage status of our state-owned enterprises hasobvious change especially these years. At present, the increase of global economic andtrade is lowing and competition of market is more impetuosity. But the state-ownedenterprises still keep good condition; they are contributing to our economic and socialdevelopment. Withthe development of socialism market economy and China entered WTO, the competition ismore severely, so to make advance and deepen the reform has great significance formaking them as a complete main body of the market. The practice of reform these years tell us that we should pay more attention onchanging and creating the system of state-owned enterprises to make the process of reformroll their hoop in the new period. We know the importance of system in social life fromMarxist plutonomy .
