Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Building A Clean Government In Changchun City Government Construction System

Building a clean and honest government and the world is concerned about the topic,the government officials as the main force of the exercise of the power of the state administrative organs,which plays a very important role in the construction of a clean and honest government.The construction of the system of government agencies are now playing an important role in people's livelihood,and the construction of government employees is to play its functions of utility vector,is particularly important for good government system construction officer of the government building.This study comes from the actual work of the government to build the system existence question of construction of a clean government,through the investigation of public officials and visiting,to find out the construction of a clean and honest government construction system problems,find out the causes of the problem and propose effective solutions to the construction of government system construction put forward a constructive guidance.On the basis of literature research and historical research,this study used the questionnaire survey method and interview method,and randomly selected the research objects from some public officials in Changchun city government construction system.Through the analysis of the survey and interview data,draw a few countermeasures to the construction of a clean government system: one is strengthening the construction of government employees of Marx's honest education,from the ideological roots of resisting bad ideas,this is the root of the building;two is to perfect the incentive system from the aspects of salary and welfare security,social security and development of security,improve the system of public servants living environment construction of the government,to resist the economic interests of the temptation;three is through broaden the channels of supervision and improve supervision means,perfect accountability mechanism and means of smooth channels of supervision,the establishment of an open,transparent,allround,multi-channel construction supervision system.The construction is a long-term work,the construction of the system of people's livelihood government responsibility,should be more extensive attention,government officials thought health is related to the construction of the system can play the biggest role.This study hopes to put forward an effective strategy to promote the development of China's government construction system.
