A Study On Corporate Governance,Cash Dividends And Over-investment Behavior: Based On Manufacturing Listed Companies

As an emerging financial service in the 21 st century,Internet banking has gained increasing attention due to low cost and simple and quick operation mode,which has brought great convenience to its users.Compared with traditional banking,the emergence of Internet banking has greatly enriched current banking services.In addition,service efficiency of Internet banking is also greatly improved by the use of information technology.Undoubtedly,Internet banking has challenged traditional banking,and has gradually obtained popularity among its users.With the continuous development and progress of Internet banking,how to build and improve its supervision system and how to effectively regulate it has become a common concern of the international community.Developed countries and regions have probed into this area and provide a lot of valuable experience.This thesis analyzes the international practice of network banking supervision in developed countries and regions,and then expounds on important implications for building and improving management and supervision systems of Internet banking in China.In this thesis,current situation of China's online banking will be analyzed and countermeasures will be advised to deal with problems in China's Internet banking system and create a favorable environment for its development by learning from developed countries.
