Study On The Construction Of Beautiful Villages In Dunhuang City

Since the reform and opening-up,China has proposed to solve the "three rural issues",and to construct the new socialist countryside.Especially the 16 th Plenary Session of the Communist Party laid down the "new rural construction policy in 24 words",which promotes the development of diverse rural areas,at the same time,enriches the content of the rural construction.In 2013,the central document No.1 clearly put forward the concept of "beautiful village" construction.Keeping the current pace of development,the aim of the rural construction is the urbanization of the villages.On the basis of rural construction,the idea of sustainable,innovative,coordinative,green,ecological,open and shared development are emphasized.In this paper,I choose 4 cases,namely: the construction of beautiful villages(1)in Kangxian County of Gansu Province;(2)in Fuchun River in Tonglu,Zhejiang Province,(3)New Village Movement in South Korea and(4)the Village Construction Movement in Japan.Through a close comparison,I try to find some typical patterns.Based on these observations,I further investigate the first group of pilot beautiful villages in Dunhuang and I find that the beautiful rural construction project has improved the village environment and the infrastructure construction.It has also promoted the industrial integration,and protected the ecological environment,improved democratic management,but there are also some problems,such as the resistance from some farmers,the imbalance of financial investment,lack of carrier construction,mechanism is not perfect and other issues.Considering the existing problems,this paper also gives the suggestion for the beautiful rural construction in the near future.It is important to take advantage of Dunhuang's current opportunity,to innovate the rural institutional environment,strengthening the rural economic industry,prospering the rural cultural tourism and upgrading the rural basic environment.Dunhuang City,beautiful rural construction model structure is more optimized,more operational,more in line with the actual situation in Dunhuang.
