A Study On Construction Of Beautiful Village In Yi’an District

A beautiful village construction is comprehensively implement the socialist new village construction in the new situation. It is an important starting point, which proposed building "beautiful China" strategic deployment in 18th CPC National Congress. It is going to promote comprehensive village reform, urban and village development and solving the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is an effective measure. From 2013 to 2016-4 consecutive years, the central document had proposed the construction of "beautiful countryside" the goal of Anhui province. It is high degree of unity, of the same goal, of the "livable village beauty", "beauty of life."It aims to promote the ecological construction and environmental comprehensive renovation work in village areas, to strengthen environmental management and to change the village dirty, chaotic and poor appearance. Efforts was made to accelerate the construction of village infrastructure and public service facilities, to improve production and living conditions of village residents, to develop agricultural economy, to promote agricultural efficiency and to increase farmers’ income. The advanced culture spread into the village actively, enhancing the index of village civilization, enriching the cultural life of the masses, and improving the well-being and satisfaction. Anhui Province, as one of provinces to promote the construction of a beautiful country, the work was improved steadily. This paper is based on the actual area of Yi’an District in Tongling city Anhui province It is selected as a typical case. The writer analyzes and summarizes the beautiful village construction achievements and experience in the Yi’an District from 2013 to 2015. The shortcomings and problems are also been analyzed, referring to the new village construction theory and practical experience. During "13th Five-Year" period, the good village development direction and suggestions for the construction of beautiful countryside district has been proposed. Providing theoretical and practical support for the party and the government, relevant policies and measures to the construction of beautiful countryside are provided. It is also a reference for other similar areas to carry out the construction of beautiful village.
