With people's living standard is increasing day by day in our country,the people's legal consciousness and legal notion increasing.Different from the past,now that people are more inclined to will all kinds of disputes to the court ruling.And as countries continue to strengthen legal construction and the franco-prussian education,in order to ensure effective legal documents are properly implemented,property preservation system has been applied more and more.The civil procedural law of the civil litigation preservation system in our country,the system play an important role in the judicial practice.Because our country is still in the primary stage of socialism,market economy system is not sound enough,the credit system is not fully established,the property preservation system to prevent taxpayers malicious profligacy,transfer,hide or destroy under the control of the disputed property or other property,is playing an increasingly important role,effectively protect the protect the legitimate rights and interests of the applicant.But the current property preservation system in our country there are still many deficiencies,such as unclear property preservation area,such as nonstandard procedures,severely limiting the property preservation system role play.This article through to my current property preservation system,foreign action preservation system,and studies the problems that exist in the judicial practice,to perfect and suggest some own views and Suggestions.This paper has the following innovations: first,on the basis of the existing research,reference to the latest national provisions on property preservation,from the establishment of the parties to apply the principles of unified security system,improve the preservation property relief system and puts forward some suggestions to improve;second,this program,the problems of starting property preservation there,the preservation of property security problems,property preservation relief problems,is currently the most advanced problems in the judicial practice;third,in the preservation of property security problems and perfect to do a detailed analysis,put forward a new view.
