Study On The Symbiotic Development Of The Guanegou Scenic Area And The Local Rural Community

The paper chooses Guanegou scenic area and surrounding community as the research object,studies the relationship between scenic area and surrounding community from the perspective of symbiosis theory,collects data through the combination of theoretical research and field investigation,and analyzes the symbiosis development between the Guanegou scenic and the surrounding community.First of all,through combing the domestic and foreign scenic spots and community symbiosis development theory and research summary,to understand the scenic area and community symbiotic development theory research;In addition,the British and China Jiuzhaigou scenic area and community development case study,summed up the typical case success points and problems exist for the study of the object of this article;Secondly,through field research,the Guanegou scenic and the surrounding eight community residents issued a questionnaire and conducted interviews.To understand the scenic area management office officials and eight community residents on the development of the Guanegou scenic area and the surrounding community residents about symbiosis development attitude,as well as scenic spots and communities in the development process of the problem;Tirdly,the Guanegou scenic area and the surrounding community residents symbiotic development running condition,the symbiosis development of the problems,the causes of symbiotic development were analyzed;Finally,for the Guanegou scenic area and the surrounding community symbiotic development problems arise corresponding recommendations.The main problems are as follows:(1)The scenic management system is relatively backward,the lack of sustainable ecological planning;(2)Lack of communication mechanisms between the scenic area and the community;(3)Scenic areas and community development is not balanced,the community can not share scenic income;(4)Community participation is low,hinder the scenic area and community symbiotic development;(5)The community's own development capacity is insufficient.The paper makes the following recommendations:(1)Build communityco-management mechanism,improve the scenic management system;(2)Broaden the communication channels,improve the legal system;(3)Promote the balanced development of scenic areas and communities,the establishment of scenic areas-community interests sharing mechanism;(4)Strengthen the awareness of community participation,protect the legitimate rights and interests of community residents;(5)Strengthen community management,enhance the quality of residents,mining community cultural connotation...
