Laoshan Scenic Area - Community A Harmonious Development Of Research

Firstly,this paper takes Laoshan Scenic Spot and local community as study objects, uses the stakeholder theory and detailedly analyzes the main contradictories between Laoshan Scenic Spot and local community by interviewing community residents and Laoshan Scenic Spot administration.The main contradictories include contradictories between Scenic spot's development and protection and community's production;Scenic spot's construction and community's development,social culture and ecological environment;Scenic spot's management and community's production,daily life;Scenic spot's image and community's production,social culture.The reasons which cause the contradictories are overemphasizing the economic benefit of tourism industry by government,confusion of Scenic Spot' management and administrative powers,serious wakening of community autonomous organization and negative effects of tourism industry.In order to solve the contradictories and realize the harmonious development between Laoshan Scenic Spot and local community,this paper analyzes the location, resources,industry and policy conditions of harmonious development between Laoshan Scenic Spot and local community,and describes the harmonious development mechanism that are consist of basic conditions,starting mechanism,driving mechanism and participating mechanism.Finally,this paper put forward suggestions to promote the harmonious development between Laoshan Scenic Spot and local community,such as strengthening harmonious development concept,defining property right,establishing compensation long-term mechanism,improving the participating rate of local community residents;developing communication,coordination and supervision mechanism,optimizing the management system and improving management efficiency.
