Research On The Educational Function Of The Local Rules From The Perspective Of Ideological And Moral Education

In the traditional rural society,local rules has its German industry persuaded enlightenment philosophy deeply influenced the ethical value of the villagers view and ethics form.Based on the requirement of improving the ideological and moral construction of farmers under the new situation,it is necessary to study the education function of the local rules.This paper from the perspective of Ideological and moral education under the selection of the birthplace of Shanxi family--Jinzhong area as the study area about typical Shanxi local rules,through a typical village investigation,analysis of Jinzhong local rules about the content and characteristics,according to the in-depth research about education function of the traditional village regulations,realistic predicament on current local rules people about the educational function of weakening face,so as toreconstruct local rules,let it play a better role of education,play a certain role for the construction of spiritual civilization in China.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance and research summary of this topic.After introducing the research origin and research significance,according to the data collected by the summary and foreign scholars on local rules research abroad,and put forward the idea of this research and innovation,which is to a certain extent,broaden the research perspective about the local rules and also has in the study area breakthrough.The second chapter studies the content and characteristics of local rules.Combined with the analysis of investigation of Jinzhong area Shanxi village where the family situation,focusing on the Jinzhong local rules are about the content classification,including the number of local rules,prohibited local rules,public welfare local rules,disciplinary local rules etc.The third chapter studies the enlightenment function of the traditional rural rules.The function of education can be divided into impact on rural rural folk style and the role of the ideological education,the former includes the regulation of social disputes,alleviate social contradictions,purify the rural social atmosphere,the latter including the villagers thought quality,legal awareness and awareness of environmental protection effect.The fourth chapter of the traditional local rules and play the role of thefactors are analyzed that local rules in modern society to achieve the "three changes",that is the change from the traditional small-scale peasant economy to the socialist market economy,the overall social transition to a pluralistic democratic society,change the traditional customs society to the modern legal society.The fifth chapter discusses how to reconstruct the traditional local rules,and puts forward some feasible suggestions from the concept of local rules,the spread of public opinion,the mechanism of rewards and punishments,and how to implement it.
