Judicial reform measures was carried on in full swing on the topic that how to let the people from each case to feel the theme of justice.According to the article,we know we cannot fundamentally achieve judicial justice if we do not to build the justice of judicial reform as purpose to build our country's lawsuit system.Procedural justice is the first principle of judge neutrality.When establishing lawsuit system of trial centered,if we can not achieve the judge neutrality or trial independence,the judicial justice is impossible.Based on procedural justice as purpose,this paper discusses how to maximize neutral through the due process design,so as to realize the fairness and justice of each case,and safeguard the judicial justice.From the trial run the paper looks at the legislation and the judicial environment of the ecological environment of our country's trial run.Secondly,the paper has carried on the procedural review and discussion for this round of reforms of the judicial reform about the trial run.The supreme people's court proposed the litigation system reform whose center is lawsuit system reform.And it adopted a number of reform measures in order to establish trial centered litigation system;it also played a great role in promoting.However,most of these reforms are administrative quality.It does not implement the lawsuit system level,and it will not fundamentally solve the problem of the independence of the trial.As a result,in the final article,the author proposed to establish a quick closed continuous trial in order to achieve on the meaning of due process trial neutrality.It also claims to build a limited diversity of the people's jury system of two cases with Chinese characteristics.Besides,the author puts forward the support both lawsuit system normal operation of the judge system of high salary.Trying to ensure the fairness of the process,to build a firewall of trial independence,the paper calls on to curb judicial corruption from the program,achieve individual justice at the maximum and ultimately achieve fairness and justice in a jurisdiction.
