The judge wage system is an important part of the Judicial System. Its independence of judges, judicial independence, fair trial and justice plays a very important role. Judges already given high salaries is a common practice in most countries outside. Since the implementation of the system of judges paying judges can either highlight the special nature of occupation, but also the value of the labor judge affirmed. But also to modernize the rule of law and one of the key measures of the rule of law.At this stage,our judges will be included in the ranks of ordinary civil servants. Resulting in wage levels,in strict accordance with the judges of ordinary civil servants wage,so the judge can not adapt wage and trials. At the same time,wages of judges by the government control of the financial sector.This is a direct result of the judge’s salary under control of government departments,thereby affecting the independence of judges,fair trial or judicial independence.Currently,due to the large base of the judge,the public value judgments bias,lack of reasonable scientific judge wage,and many defects in the current wage system of judges,makes it difficult to implement the judge paying system."Fourth Five-Year Reform Outline People’s Court (2014-2018)" proposed to "cooperate with central authorities,local courts below the provincial level to promote a unified financial management system reform," the "sound administration of justice affairs safeguard mechanism" in.This is the reform of the wage system of judges pointed out the direction for the implementation of the judge laid the foundation for high-paying system.In administrative staff payroll system,to improve the level of economic security of judges,while the complete eradication of the local party and government departments through economic means to influence the courts independent and impartial trial.For the current status of wages of judges,judges blindly draw extraterritorial paying system is not working.China should implement the judge according to their actual situation relatively well-paid system.Relatively high-paying system is not to make the salary of judges reaches wages Anglo-Saxon countries the judges,but to enhance the level of 0.5-1 times the wage of an ordinary civil servants.This is because the relatively high salaries of judges to implement the system for the general public not only accepted,but also to judge a decent life,and to improve their social status.Judge relatively high salaries in addition to the implementation of the system should establish a scientific and reasonable judge wage should be set up to improve the supporting measures.These measures include:the number of judges on the basis streamline and improve the way the selection of newly appointed judges;change the public system for paying the judges contradict the concept;at the same time,learn from the experience extra-regional countries,the establishment of an independent,vertically court fund management system,the establishment of the Independent Commission Against Judge fund and retirement fund system reform judges.
