The Theory System Of Good Governance Within The Perspective Of Public Interest

Since the beginning of the introduction of good governance,good governance theory attracts the sustained attention among domestic scholars,which now becomes a popular discourse in the political field,which is widely used in various fields of society.At present,although domestic scholars focus on the application of good governance theory,they lack in a systematic and complete theoretical system.Thus this paper attempts to put forward the theoretical framework of good governance theory in the public interest perspective.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the first chapter,the introduction mainly discusses the background and significance of this paper,and tries to propose the innovation of this paper,that is,to explore the theoretical connotation of good governance through deconstructing the theory concept,and to come up with a new interpretation of the applicability by transplanting good governance theory.The second chapter focuses on the concrete analysis of the connotation on good governance,which is mainly explained from the three aspects: the "good" of good governance,"governance" of good governance,and the rationalization of public interests.The part also analyzes the public interest in good governance discourse,and puts forward that the goal of good governance should be the one with the greatest public interest.The third chapter is the basis of good governance research,following the discussion by the scholar Yu KePing theory on the basis of good governance.On the foundation of state and society,the paper focus on the new relationship between state and society,trying to find pathways to benign and interactive relationships between the country and society.The fourth chapter of this article focuses on the analysis of public interest and related concepts in good governance discourse.At the same time,it puts forward the equality and justice principle in pursuit of the maximization of public interest in the process of good governance.In addition,it tries to find the balanced points in good governance between the public interest and personal interests by defining the boundary between the interests of the public and personal from the personal perspective.The last chapter analyzes the applicability of good governance theory,emphasizing the formation environment of good governance theory in western countries.The formation and development of good governance theory mainly comes from the postmodernism theoretical background and mature civil society development.The applicability of the theory to non-Western countries can be used to analyze the applicability of good governance theory to contemporary China from both the republican publicity and the Marxist "social republic".Good governance is the new concept of coping with the increasingly complicated public affairs.It is the embodiment of humanity's ideal life.Therefore,good governance can be regarded as the theory of guiding the practice of political life,and can be regarded as the practice path of realizing good life.Good governance itself is the unity of theory and practice,which is the management process pursuing the greatest rationalization of public interest.
