| With the rapid transfer and the popularity of the Internet information,the network anti-corruption arises as a new method of anti-corruption at this historic moment.With its own unique advantages,the network anti-corruption has gradually become an important way to control corruption.The advantages of network anti-corruption in the highlights,but also brought a lot of problems.Therefore,the correct treatment of the dual impact of network anti-corruption,and take effective measures to achieve the institutionalization,play a positive role in the network anti-corruption is of great significance.This essay consults a lot of related papers,for the purpose of improving the disordered state of the network anti-corruption,through the realization of network anti-corruption institutionalization to fight against corruption.This research mainly adopts literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey method.Firstly,mainly states implication?feature?process and significance about network anti-corruption and its institutionalization.At the same time,combines cases and the survey data,clarifies achievements?problems and the cause of problems.Finally,promotes the construction of network anti-corruption institutionalization,the structuring of government functional departments and the legal system,as well as,the personal quality education shall be stressed.Conclusions of the research are as follows: Firstly,the network anti-corruption institutionalized construction is of great significance,mainly manifested in overcoming the drawbacks of network anti-corruption,promote the rule of law.Secondly,the realization of the network anti-corruption system is not achieved overnight,needs to overcome the lack of law,the system is not perfect,the uneven quality of Internet users and other issues.Finally,the network anti-corruption is a long-term,complex project,the need for joint efforts of the government and individuals to the network anti-corruption into the institutional orbit. |
