| The supervision and management of cases is an activity for the specialized agencies and personnel of the disciplinary inspection and supervision organs to supervise,inspect and coordinate the investigation and handling of cases and related matters by the disciplinary inspection and supervision organs at the corresponding levels and the lower disciplinary inspection and supervision organs in accordance with the relevant provisions.It is not only an important part of the examination and investigation work,but also an important part of promoting the orderly development of the examination and investigation work.The important guarantee of exhibition.At present,the case supervision and management office works around five basic functions:clue management,organization and coordination,supervision and inspection,supervision and handling,and statistical analysis.In recent years,with the reform of the internal organs,accredited organs,inspection organs and supervision system of the Discipline Commission,the functions of the case supervision and management office have been expanding and playing an important role in the Commission.However,in the actual operation,there are still some contradictions and problems in the function matching,personnel construction,operation mechanism,management system,overall coordination,information construction and so on.How to further promote the scientific and effective operation of case supervision and management and strengthen the supervision and management of handling cases within discipline inspection and supervision organs need to be carefully studied and explored.Taking Yizheng Municipal Discipline Inspection and Supervision Organs as an example,this paper conducts a comprehensive investigation and research from the aspects of case management function,system system,talent construction,operation mechanism,overall coordination and information construction.By using the methods of literature research,investigation and comparative analysis,the collected data are collated,synthesized and analyzed,and the relevant theoretical knowledge and practical experience are comprehensively grasped.Taking advantage of the opportunity of working in the case supervision and Management Office of the grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision organ,through face-to-face communication with the case supervision and management person in charge,staff and telephone communication with other county and urban case supervision and management personnel,this paper compares and analyses the experience and practice of case supervision and management in some other grass-roots areas,and obtains a large number of experience materials in practical work.Applying the theoretical knowledge of public management process control and system management,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes in case supervision and management,strives to expand the existing research,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the research of case supervision and management ability of grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision organs,so as to enhance the case supervision and management ability and provide strong support for better case supervision and management work.The guaranteed value of force.Through the analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of case supervision and management of discipline inspection and supervision organs in Yizheng City,the following conclusions are drawn:first,to correctly understand the important functions of case supervision and management,mainly from two aspects of improving ideological awareness,increasing capital investment and staffing;second,to build a talent pool for case supervision and management,including strengthening ideological and political construction,professional capacity-building and personnel allocation.Consciousness of secrecy and security;Third,improve the system of case supervision and management,mainly including the establishment and improvement of the "three mechanisms"and "case coordination" mechanism;Fourth,strengthen the information construction of case supervision and management,including case clue management and technical support. |
