Exploration Of Group Work Involvement In Migrant Workers' Opposite-sex Communication Of New Generation

As one of interpersonal relationships,the opposite-sex communication is an indispensable and important aspect of human interaction.Migrant workers of new generation are important group in Urbanization.They are in the period of the desire for communication.Good opposite-sex communication not only contributes to the personal growth and harmonious interpersonal relationships,but also prepares for their future marriage.In this paper,we study a case of EAP project of private enterprises in Fujian Province,and select migrant workers of new generation of FX enterprise as the main research object.By analyzing the requirements and problems encountered during their heterosexual interaction,we find that they are lack of knowledge on their own,lack of communication skills,narrow communication topics etc..Hence,according to those problems and analysis,we take heterosexual interaction as pointcut,and adopt group work method to improve the situation of their intercourse and to promote their communication skills.This article applies group work method to the study of the opposite-sex intercourse of migrant workers of new generation.This study uses professional methods and techniques,such as the use of literature,interviews,participant observation etc..It also combines the theory with practice,and makes plan and then strictly carries out step by step.After interviews,observations and process recordings,and then evaluation of the effectiveness of the activities,the results showed that the group social work involvement method has some positive effect on the opposite-sex intercourse of migrant workers of new generation.The style of group work,activities and sharing get their recognition.Games,interaction and sharing,and other aspects make the migrant workers of new generation to improve themselves,and to participate in the process of heterosexual interaction.They could get real growth and improvement in the groups.But at the same time,there still exist some shortcomings need to be improved in group work.Finally,this article presents think and shortcomings of group work involvement.The first part of this article introduces the background,which gives a review of the relevant literature,and describes the research significance.Using the method of interview and observation,and based on social learning theory and power of group work,this part also presents the research problem and research ideas.The second part is demand assessment,which presents the problems encountered during their interaction.The third part is the design of project service,including what the project serves,the introduction of project team,the scheme of group work involvement etc..The fourth part focuses on analysis of the process of group work involvement,and includes seven subsections.Those subsections include themes,processes,effectiveness and reflection of activities.Moreover,this part gives effectiveness evaluation of group.The sixth part is summary and discussion of the full text,including achievements of this project,shortcomings and improvement strategy.
