A Study On The Inter-korean Separated Families Issue

Separated family is a special word of the Korean Peninsula and it is the tragedy of the war of the 1950 s.In June 2000,the South and the North leaders achieved remarkable talks and signed the declaration of 6.15,which greatly eased the tensions in the Korean peninsula and improved the relationship between the north and south.One of the biggest achievements of this meeting was to let those separated families meet each other irregularly.The paper is based on the theory of humanitarianism to further study the status quo of the Korean and Korean separated families.This paper mainly introduces the status quo of discrete family problems,including the historical evolution of separated family problems,the causes,the status quo and the significance of the development.The paper analyzed the uncertainty of the separated families activities,including the activities related to the activities of separated family members,Such as the DPRK nuclear issue and the United Nations sanctions,the problem of the tourism project of the Kumgang Mountain,the issue of the ROK-US military issue,the diplomatic relations between the two governments,the diplomatic relations between the two countries,the United States,policy,military conflict and provocation,and so on.Of course,there are still many problems in the reunification of separated families,including the uncertainty of activities,the differences in attitudes of separated families,the consequences of reunification,the cost of activities,and so on.Finally,the article discusses the institutionalization of discrete family reunification activities.That is the efforts of the two governments to actively play the channels of non-governmental exchanges,in addition to actively seek the support of the international community,and separated technology reunification activities and political issues.Only in this way,it is conducive to the separation of family members of the problem of settlement.
